• You simply changed your mind after the order was confirmed
• Minor colour variations due to screen display differences (this is normal in online shopping)
• The item does not fit — please check size charts before ordering
• The item was purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion
• You have used or washed the item

If your item qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:

💰 Refund Methods

• bKash — refunded to your bKash number within 3 business days
• Nagad — refunded to your Nagad number within 3 business days
• Bank Transfer — for orders above ৳5,000, available within 5 business days

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item) — we cover return shipping cost
• If the return is for other approved reasons — customer pays return shipping cost
